Items not spawning

Hi. Have anyone an idea why certain items do not spawn ?
For example I didn't saw Injection vials, any pair of jeans, PMM pistol or PM73 rak.

In the log it says something like this:

Have anyone an idea what BAD or EXTRA types means ? I just checked their classes and seems to be in order, so I don't have any other idea why they dont spawn.
