Why make it a pgrade, just make it an equip-able item instead. Very easy to do, just copy/paste work mostly.

Because i want admin have jjang on his head?

It would be as simple as not adding the item to the shop and manually adding it to your admin's characters through SQL Express in dbo.Item.

You can equip jjangs via an itemslot, just like you can equip a weapon or armor via itemslots. In fact thats my preferred method, b/c you can have multiple premium jjang items.

If only I could remember the source code, I would've told you which line and what file.
But you can do it by:
searching for admin rank in source code and add the line that enables the jjang(find it the jjang ID), to the admin's ID ! This should be super easy
