Extract the ntwdblib and overwrite the following directory:
C:\xampp\apache\bin\
C:\xampp\phpC:\windows\system32

and make sure to disable the UAC Settings @ Run -> msconfig -> Tools -> Change UAC Settings

Clean Version - no backdoor or vulnerable files (except for the admin panel so make sure you hide it well)

How to use? ( if you're using xampp )
- Download all the required files
- Open and install xampp-win32-1.6.7-installer.exe
- run xampp.exe
- delete all the files in the C:\xampp\htdocs folder
- Extract the webfiles to the C:\xampp\htdocs folder
- edit Settings.php- Restore UGDB.bak (compatible w/ SQL Server 2008 R2 or newer)

yes if the user has two Character in one account.
The last character name you've created was also the name of all character.

I think that problem is on the client side that the client is allowing to have same character name

That won't be a problem if your client forbids the users to use the same character name if the character hasn't been deleted or already exist

Same problem on raking. other problems show is on Guild name . for example testname then it not have guild ingame but on website it have guild. i try to make a guild ingame then same result. different guild name on site unlike ingame. Common problem on this issue actually show in Top 1 and 2.

there are few minor errors so far and not yet address. maybe TS will fix it..
