Kills doesnt Count PVP

Hi guys ! Im developing an Aion 4.7.5 server. And have two problems , one of them is the pvp works, but doesnt give any rewars, like ap for example and the count killer "Kills: 0 " doesnt work too !! Someone can help me?

And the other is, i want when the player kill for example, a asmo kills x3 ely give a special reward.

Im worry that will be not work . its more like antyfarm ap protection . Are you shure there is nothing in configs ?
