Launcher Skin Problem

I tried using the Skin Designer that was released here for quite awhile now.

This is what it looked like on the Designer itself:

Its not yet finished but I just wanted to test it out.

When I installed it on the patcher itself, it looked like this.

Idk what is wrong with it, I edited everything that I needed ( including the image map for it ).
I tried searching for a solution here as well, but I didn't quite found the solution to my problem, any ideas ?

First off you dont need that silly little editer, if you go inside the image folder in the patcher and find main(something) and edit it, it will work

if you read my post you'll notice that I said ( including the image map for it )

me personally if you made the white darker it would look bad as hell (good way)

don't worry about it , I'm just testing it to see how things work and this happened.
