Local and Online Setup Help

Hey, I figured this is a long shot but perhaps someone here can help. I have a server set up and working, my only issue is I can't connect to it from any other PC's on my local network.

I can play on my server from the same PC running the server (with a client configured with the loopback address)
Friends can connect to it from outside the network.

I, however, from another PC on the local network cannot connect to it. I have a "server" PC running the game, and I'm trying to play on my gaming PC. My friends have game clients pointing at my external address.

I have tried using a Neuz with my external address and the server's local address (in this case 192.168.1.100) and neither work. I get to the character selection screen and the game hangs on "Connecting. Please wait."

Any help would be appreciated.

Use your external. Port forwarded router? used portforward or visual server portforward
