Locator not showing servers

I've been having this problem for about a week..still cant figure out whats wrong..
i edited dbo.serverstatus..locator.ini..everything was perfect but when i double-click locator..
it opens but doesnt have any servers on it..need help fast

I'm using Kekku's server files and client!

Try using the client files I used from the tutorial. The Br June ones.

i cant download off megaupload..
i get download limit exceeded error
