Ok its stupid that UppaCuT did not blocked all IPs except the Cloudflare ones, so that you only can connect to his website via couldflare. So UppaCuTs couldflare protect is useless in the way he use it.
But there is nothing special to get the IPs.

I tried to pray against ddos, doesnt help either or it wasn't intensive enough.
