Whats best for a watercooling setup ?

Long or Short tubing? Only pros I can think of is long tubing would spread the heat better, but shorter tubing is neat and has an increased rate of flow.

Also, anyone know of a good piece of software to auto-sync with a memorystick when it is plugged in?

The shorter the tubes, The less ammount of time it will take to get the water back to the radiator to cool it down
