Thats not 720, can you re-upload. Your encoder has resized it.

WTH, I can't save with the original size with Windows Movie Maker . That's actually the max resolution I can get to there lol.

Though, all the text is clearly readable.

use "E.M totalvideo converter" . export it using the mkv option. IT will use a HD codec.
