Ik people who can do 10x better stuff on Paint than Paint.NET or GIMP; it is just practice. Photoshop is the best to buy/download, Used by the pro's

True dat, just depends on the person.
I guess the people who have more capability in Paint base their art around pixel art?
There's not a lot of functions in Paint, so the art styles are very limited. :
I'd say people can be be a proffesional in Paint, but it'd probably be pixel based art.
