Making Bosses Drop Mesos

Editing the Source does not help when the rates are to high.

I've been trying to get rid of the cap in the localhost client
Looked around couldn't find anything. If you can give me hints that would be helpful
(I cant find the drop cap)

on maple map change the function to read or well I should say copy and paste from moopledev the function that reads the meso drops from mysql and yah. Sorry I suck at explaining LOL
