Meso Guard + Proper Power Guard

I got the packet for meso guard off my chief bandit not long ago, and I also have pickpocket. However, I have not completed the internal coding for pickpocket yet so I will be holding off on the release of that until it is complete. The pastebin link includes as much information as I care to give. If you cannot figure it out for whatever reason(it's simply even with basic coding knowledge), someone can feel free to make a noob-friendly guide so long as they give me the credits for the packet information and internal coding.
