Missing info from tutorial

I guess since the thread was locked on leechcrown's tutorial, or maybe because he changed a couple of things. It was a few months ago when I was using the tutorial and things concerning the databases and others were included in the tutorial not it's not. After step 5 things changed.
Now I'm not sure how to follow this tutorial, or if there's any kind of alternative like someone has the screenshots or knows what are the steps please paste them or send then to me, thanks.
