Missing some files.

I am currently almost competed my Tantra server and just need a couple of things. A few .ini files that I see aren't there. So if anyone could provide me with some assistance I would be grateful.

Also, I still can't get the GM Tools Right at all....so if anyone could give me a perfect guide to that I would appreciate it.

Blade, are you able to make a username and password now? Can you tell me how did you get it to work.

It took some changes but I managed to get it completed. Also I need settings.ini and worldsettings.ini

I'm done with the .ini files now how could I get my monsters in mandara to dorp level 5x+ equips?
