i already use AK Time Fix ... patch the mission server file .. but not work

The tool works, I've had a server up for about 2 days without any problem. Try doing it with the MissionServer inside Fix Files\Tools.

It doesn't work because it's a different file. You use an incompatible missionserver which is not supported by the patcher, and you use another version of the server files which we don't use here. I suggest you to try
