Wrong.
30 -> movement type: -1 = monster, 0 = stationary, 1-30 = move like guard
-1 -> spawn direction, faces random now. Its all in the setting up a server guide.

24 = Monster Number (Worm)
2 = Town, 2 = Devias
30 = Move like a guard
29 81 = 1st cordinates
38 102 = second Cordinates
-1 = spawn direction
5 = Amount of monster that should spawn

the 2 spawns 29 81 and 38 102 Is for that the 5 Monster should spawn beetween thoose cordinates.
