I got to use this manager, the server ran all right, but when connecting the client to the server it got stuck in an endless loading screen, for that reason I continued with omegamanager, but I found it very interesting.

that is not the manager, some bad configuration you have probably. Im using this manager about 1 and a half year in 5 servers 24/7 and have just a few minor problems, but is good.

is it better than omega? looking for some options

Omegamanager has problems if you use a lot of mods and are missing some functionalities. I used it for a while, but it doesn't really offer a relevant advantage. On the other hand, Dayz Server Manager can handle more than one instance, mods serverside, and has extra functionalities such as reboot update, it also has a web console. But it's developed to be used on a local host or VM, it doesn't work on a Nitrado for example.
