Hosting companies "should" be simple, not too fancy, not to empty, This looks like a sketch yet.

You have used glow abit too much, the pink isn't very nice on this design so pick another colour also take the glow of the dark red off. The social links buttons are way to hidden.

Light colours are better, if you are able to use dividers and sleek borders.

Also, use fancy images for sliders.

Search on deviantart.com on web hosting webdesigns. Seeing the actual stuff is always better than reading and trying to understand it
