My server does not pass the character selection screen

My server connects normally can even create the character, but when I click start nothing happens. I believe something is missing from the client, but I do not know how to make a patch to fix it. Could someone help?

It's not the patch..it's your setting for zone 12

was the patch. I just put the correct patch in the folder game, and works thanks
