L2J Name of item and description wont change on client

Hi there, im kinda newbie on this modding stuff, recently i've installed a lineage h5 server preconfigured and everything works perfect, i wanted to duplicate and item with superior stats and different name and description, on the server side i made the xml and everything works fine the item spawn and it's stats are different from the original, the problem is on the client side, when i load the game the item is there but with the same name of the original, i have already updated the itemname-e with l2file edit and save was successful but then again changes wont show in game even if the stats and the item id is working perfect. Any idea what is happening?
