I got that error when trying to get my server on our LAN, I think it's due to your IPs being wrong.
Check through all your config files and make sure every single IP is 127.0.0.1

Well, if you want to run the server so other people can connect on your LAN then yes they'll need to be your network IP.
But you can use 127.0.0.1 and then play the game and run the server on the same PC.
