Need help removing lenneth and hat maker NPC's

Ok I need to remove the NPC's from prontera called lenneth and angel and the hat makers named pac blac and so on. I have looked for these NPC's in the NPC txt documents but I cannot find them. Could somone please tell me how to remove them?

There's a search function in windows for searching for specific texts in txt files.

Anyway, they're all in NPC\custom\quests
