need help from u guys how to make a website are webpage without website tools i know about the html does it please help me guys how create index.ini how to connect to the database sent me any tutorial

Most of the people just take a website that someone made or fixed and then make it their way, you can try that too but if you want a good server and community you should start building your own unique website.
