New LCD monitor help

Im thinking of buying a new LCD monitor to replace my 30 ms reponse time one i am rocking now. My budget is around 180-190 but if it is really kick??? i would go up to 220 at most. And I found 2 nice deals online

What do you guys suggest? Do i want one with HDCP support?
