New skill's from Clinch Release to Bunker

Have anyone managed to add those skill's to the game ? If yes will you do a guide how to add them ?

I've not managed to add them successfully, but I can tell you what it would involve.
You would need to insert the skills into the database, the libconfig, and the client EXE/BIN.
As there is currently no decrypted EXE from a server that was updated to have those skills (that I know of), adding these skills is currently not possible.

Gotcha. Well I hope some one who might've added them and staying silent can do some tutorial's on how to add them as it would be cool to be able to have those skill's and use them, Those skill's are cool!
