No delay Skills

we made a no-delay skills on game.exe
but we have a problem ... every1 who wants can change game.exe and make no-delay skills like he want
is there any protection on game.exe ?
or can any1 help with some suggestions

Use CLSAFE_CODE. Skill delay is included in the client checksum.
