not able to launch game

after finishing all the steps to set up the server, i tried to launch the game using the hex exe file it fails to launch. I've attached the screen shots of the error.

Hex it properly. If you change the layout of the EXE, it wont run.

Dude u have replaced the ip Directly . Search for 127.0.0.1 n Hex it mannualy with your ip.. If u are Going to play alone then play with 127.0.0.1

I used the Client given my ramankamboj its hexed to 127.0.0.1 only. i think i've not placed it properly
