i tried to download this multiple times. it all failed after around mid way.
if you have "slow" internet speed (my download was at 7.5mb per sec)
i dont recommend downloading it

Try Motrix (Open Source) or Internet Download Manager (IDM has a trial period) - they are download managers and can help with this sort of thing.
