NoxicCore is a new emulator dervied from ArcEmu. A lot of fixes is coming and also support for 4.3.4 is in development.
Currently the core itself is private but you can still access the database updates. The repo includes fixes for 4.3.4 and 3.3.5a. Be sure to know which branch you are on to update correctly.
