Old Repacks, Programms etc.

Hey,

I know that the questions about Repacks are a lot, but I think this will be different. I also looked in the Release Section of this Forum.

As i described I looked into the Release Section, searching for good Repacks and I found this from Dopestar: http://forum.ragezone.com/f315/kalonline-server-repacks-219768/

But this is from 2007...it isn't really up to date, or? Besides the links are mostly broken.

The Same Thing with this Programms Repack: http://forum.ragezone.com/f315/private-server-tools-programs-repack-235043/

It is also from 2007 and the links are broken.

My Questions:
1) Where I can find the newest clean Server Files?
2) Where I can find the Programs, which are up to date?

I'm sorry but i dont find a new package with all programs. If you have a working link..can you tell me please?

And I'm also searching for a GM Command list. I'm sure I saw it here on forum, but the search function dont show.
