I really like the look of this computer, I know it's pretty much trying to look like a Mac but I just like it, it looks amazing plus it's got good spec to go with it.

However, for what it is, it is bloody expensive also [

coming in at around 1300-1400.

Anybody think it's a waste of money or is it a sound investment?

The price of a badass gaming desktop for a screen with mediocre specs?
Unless you're living in a place where every square inch is worth gold, just buy a tower and a touch screen it will be cheaper and more powerful

also: computers are a terrible investment. new stuff comes out all the time, so it WILL devaluate

Systems like this will come down in price a lot when Windows 8 is released I think, as the demand will likely go up due to Windows 8 being very touch friendly. I'd do what others have suggested, you'll get a lot better specifications for the money.

The thing is I am interested in buying an all-in-one, and the computer depreciates from the moment it is made, it's just a built-in feature.

I'll wait until Windows 8 is finally released, however i'll keep my eye on this one.

ALTHOUGH, they only devaluate if you look for resale. If you build a computer now, and just upgrade it when you need to (1000$ now will last quite a while as far as gaming goes), it's worth it.
