Part 3 And Part 4 ZS Tower Event

When opening Part 3 and part 4 ZS in hex... Mostly all is Same....

Files are also same
Even ini Files inside Tower Folder are same

But why cant I get [Tower Event Open Days] not showing when running Part 4 ZS ???

And Tower Event not running in Part 4 ZS ????

I have gone through all posts and entire forum..
I have made the 13 Portal files.ini needed

Portal_0.ini to Portal_12.ini

Tower is not supported in Part 4 Zoneserver.

@cvr : But I saw the forum.. u did manage to start it... And even if its not supported bro... How to start it in 219 server ??
