[PCI-E 2.0] Dualoutput cards

I'm looking into upgrading my GPU and im a bit lost >.< some of the requirements that i have is:

-Must be dual output
-Be able to play crisis etc
-Decent clock speed
-Vista64x capable

Whats your processor because it'd be a waste if your GPU gets bottlenecked.
