PhoenixPHP Site Language Selection

Hey guys. Not much info bout this yet but ill update it daily. Im in the process of coding a multi language script for phoenixphp. when u visit the site u choose ur language then it shows per user. anyways, i plan to code more to it such as multi language client. anyways, thanks and i hope u like and support this!
