Please Help About Teleport/Waypoint

Hello,
Please help me about teleport/waypoint, i have managed to create a waypoint for the born place, waypoints already appear on the map and can be used to teleport out, but when trying to teleport in the message appears fails, then I try to use the teleport stone, and the results also failed "use item failed". what should I edit ?? Please Help :adore:

Only thing I can say is that I have this error only when I port a character intoone of my custom maps with pwadmin.

If I use a regular teleport quest all items work fine.
