Please Help I've got a WampServer Problem

When ever I start all services its still yellow and my friend said its because another program is using port 3306. When I checked there was no program using 3306. Please help. Add my MSN crazylazerboy@hotmail.com

No one will add your MSN to help you, we will help you here so hopefully people with the same problem will read this thread.

Open up a CMD Prompt and type "netstat -a"

and look for anything using ports that you were setting (just an idea I've never used WAMP)
