Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. yeah because your WEBHOST doesnt have MSSQL extension enabled so it can connect to port 1433 on your SQL SERVER (HOST IP)
so yeah:
1. ask your hosting to enable MSSQL extension
2. if u can do your self try to upgrade php version to different version 4.7 i think works fine.
