Please help with login error

i found this:

You must be registered to see links

CentOS Server with both mysql and mssql.
In /root/: ./myqd for mysql and ./start for mssql (i think so!?).
Server is run but i cant login (wrong client?).
Hope it can help and sorry for my bad english.

So you can show me query for creat an account :/:, in mysql i type 11111 into passwrd(table account) and got that error
