Hi I want to share New Korean Patch 1412 - 1413 on October 2023 update ^_^

I received the Korean language patch from the grateful brother above, but I don't know how to patch it. Please let me know.

use DNPacker to pak all of it and create patch on your websrver then the client would do patching..
