Port Forwards / Others Problem.!

: hello i want to make v62 maplestory ps.
i have bubblesdev source

i login all working good. edit etc
i even hex client clean i can join but people can't join + on top of that
i portforward but Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router say its close
client doesn't work for other people?

then i go to that site it say its close.
but the server working fine and the client for other people doesn't work.
please help me wat the problem here that i have?

i only have connections on my computer i wanna host without hamachi and its not working so fk it just brought a dedi lOOOL

you dont even need a dedi, just a waste of money. A VPS would have been enough. for a new v62. 1~2 gb would have been plenty
