Problem with threads in the wrong section & Posts

Threads are appearing in the wrong section and when you add a reply it goes to the top instead of the bottom (where the thread creator's post should be..)...

The time zones/stamps are all still a bit awkward from earlier.

yeh i think they fixed the timezone error now and my threads main post was deleted and some posts o_0 now some guy owns the thread
Edit 2: the db is fucked or somthing some stuff is missing like some of my friends and userpage posts.

vbulletin is secure its just a server error nothing caused via vbulletin, infact this error was out of my control entirely.
