Proper Mob Drop rates

heya does any body know about a public source which has a proper mob drops which is GMS like and not over rated high chances of item scrolls etc rare items, im looking for something like back in gms you had to kill around 400 mobs to get a chance to drop a rare item or any equip
maybe even just an SQL file which has the proper drop rates i dont really need the source itself
