Without knowing what code you're using we can't help. There are some threads here about patching some of the common holes in example code that's hosted in many of our releases though?
Additionally, the more varied everyones' code-base is, the more secure it becomes. One of the key things is just to not use off-the-shelf code. If you can re-write all the pages based upon examples, that's great. Then again, if you could, you probably wouldn't be asking that question. :\
