Long story short. Have data plan on my phone. No tethering just like that. Whenever I tether (wifi or usb) carrier blocks http and some other requests.

Current solution: proxy
Problem: slow and each request takes at least 200ms longer

Previous issue I had with VPN was frequent connection loss to the server.
