PT only 67 when add 67 up it goes to another PT Ex: Ranger etc

Hi guys how do you fix this? when i edit character.edf i add newline for 67-70 GM PT in Warrior Class then if log-in Warrior is OK all 1-70 GM PT good, but when i log-in to Ranger lv1-4 is GM PT with Warrior Class, then if i level The ranger upto 5 Ranger PT comes up..

If you change max level/pt, be sure to change PT limit level in BIN and zone.

How do you get the offset of PT limit level in Bin? they say you need to disassemble bin and start finding it there?

I suggest google "rf online offset", because I'm not sure that we have offset list on this forum
