Question about another server

I would like to know how to create another server like another server to access another server on the same client

cabal_create -s - creates Servers [World] (SAMPLE: cabal_create -s 2 [will create 2 server])
cabal_create -c - creates Channels (SAMPLE: cabal_create -c 2 2 [will create 2 channels in the 2nd server])cabal_config = Server ips, database port and credentials
