Ran offline connecting to other device

Is it possible to run Ran Offline server to other devices hotspot without internet connection, if yes what application or is there a thread to help me with thank you...

Yes you can , you dont need any applications . Just put 127.0.0.1 on your configs and you should be all connected to 1 Lan only .

isnt it working with 1 lan ? it should work tho , just connect in the right port / open your ports

you need a router of course , how can it be called " LAN " If you dont have one
