Edit charset then remove the skills code there...have you check the chf files ? Does it have the required animation added to the chf
? Same error when i add ferra before, forget to add animation to chf, when riding the character just standing :3

Fix this with replacing your Game.exe to the new RanOnline.exe and change the name to Game.exe not Game.exe.exe.. i hope this might help you

to play it offline.. i think it imposible.. but if you want it online..
you should have :
1: VMware workstation of the same software.
2: you need hamachi to avoid the conflict of ip adress from VMware and you host if you using NAT networking function on your VMware..
