Base on my own test..It`s not fix..

you can use WinMerge sir.
search keywork " dash " or " Blink "

i already try to disable this time.
but as i see, Dash & blink code already removed sir.
i cant see any code of dash and blink sir.

it have Dash blink code on source.

Any One give some tips how to fix the last 3 skill of the assassin..when i use its the characters only stand...no moves or animation....

missing encrypt/decrypt tools, useless for item.isf, etc.... editing...

there is no need to decrypt and encrypt because you can open directly the files using the tools..

if i no wrong , skill editor , choose the skill and see the right handside animation there
